John Tavares’ equipment of choice is the CCM elite U+ series, including the form-fitting U+ Pro Skates and the lightweight U+ Stick. The U+ Pro skate is powered by U Foam, which molds perfectly to each individual foot during the heating process. The skates also feature the Rocket Runner, an innovative lightweight hybrid runner, which is 35-60 grams lighter than all others. “The runners make my game better because with less weight I can move my feet faster and push off the ice harder”, said John Tavares. “The U+ Skates give me more power and push when I skate to give me an extra boost”. “CCM Hockey would like to congratulate both Team Canada and Team Sweden for an exceptional final game at the WJHC”, said Michel Benoit, VP of CCM Hockey. |
