To be eligible, participants must be residents of North America. Employees, representatives and administrators of CCM Hockey, their affiliated companies, representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family members and any person residing with them are not eligible to participate. No purchase required to enter for a chance to win. The contest begins on July 17th 2012 and runs until August 15th 2012 at Noon(Eastern Standard Time).
To enter, participants must submit the form on the CCM Hockey homepage. SUBMITTING AN ENTRY CONSTITUTES THE IRREVOCABLE ASSIGNMENT, CONVEYANCE AND TRANSFERENCE TO THE ORGANIZER OF ALL RIGHTS, TITLE, INTEREST, AND ALL RESIDUAL INTERESTS REGARDING THE ENTRY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO ALL COPYRIGHTS AND RENEWALS AND EXTENSIONS THEREOF.
The contest is taken part on the CCM Hockey website only. Participants must fill out all fields in the form.
The prize is one (1) CCM RBZ hockey stick. The winners must allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. The approximate retail price of the prize is $300.00 CND. CCM Hockey will award the prize to the winner once confirmed.
The contest sponsor and/or their representatives reserve the right at all times and at their discretion to do the following: (a) apply reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the prize or any aspect of the prize and (b) substitute the prize or any aspect of the prize, no matter what the reason, provided that the prize or any aspect of the prize substituted is of comparable value. The contest winner releases the contest sponsor and its affiliates if the services offered are not entirely satisfactory.
The winner will be chosen by an automated system that will randomly pick a valid entry from the contest database. One winner will be chosen on August 18th 2012. The contest will end on August 15th 2012. The winner will be contacted by email in the 48 hours following the closure of the contest. The winner will have 10 days to respond to the e-mail stating they have won, if after this delay there is no response to this e-mail, the prize is automatically forfeited. In this case another winner will be drawn.
By participating, contestants agree to be bound by the rules of the contest and the decisions of the independent organizers of the contest. In addition, contestants agree to allow, without compensation, for the use of their name and city or town of residence for publicity purposes on all advertising campaigns including
the sponsor's Internet website. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. No monetary value will be awarded in lieu of prize nor can the prize be substituted for another, sold or exchanged. You are providing your information to CCM Hockey.
